ryc: i make the patterns, cut 'em out by hand, and stitch them on the machine unless the pieces are really small--then i do those by hand.

Cute pic and yes, it was FREEZING yesterday!! I stood outside for an hour holding camera gear and I couldn't feel my fingers toward the end. I was afraid I was going to drop something!
